Meet Your Coach

Hello hello! I'm Lise, intimacy coach and adult sex educator here in Harford County, Maryland. I'm the owner of Spellbound Coaching LLC, where I help normalize bodies, intimacy, and connection in order to help people live their best lives.

Spellbound Coaching is an 18+ (adults only) practice.

My goal:

Helping You Find Peace in Pleasure

It is my firm belief that humans, on a base level, deserve access to pleasure. Our bodies give us so many ways to feel good, whether it's coming home and changing into that perfectly cozy sweatshirt that fits just right, or indulging in that one food that makes you do a happy dance, or receiving the kind of touch that lights you up... or melts you into a puddle. Sex is literally the reason our species continues; it's one of the most natural things in the world.

What could our world look like if we embraced pleasure in a responsible, healthy way instead of trying to shame ourselves out of wanting it? We know sexual shame doesn't keep people safer. It just makes us sneakier. Let's ditch the shame, ask hard questions, and get genuine with one another.

I'm not for everyone, and that's ok:

Client Compatibility

It is incredibly important to me for my coaching practice to be as radically, deliberately inclusive as possible, while simultaneously offering a safe environment for the vulnerable moments that come with intimacy coaching.

What this means: Spellbound welcomes every shape of human who is willing to leave judgement and hate at the door. We are sex-and body-positive space that prioritizes consent and boundaries. We don't yuck people's yum, or tolerate racism, xenophobia, homophobia, transphobia, etc. We assume competence in the face of ableism, and we don't support eugenics or genocide. That said, we understand that everyone's story is different. You don't have to be free of bias to walk through the door (spoiler: none of us are) but you do have to be willing to entertain challenges to biases and show up to discussions in good faith. We will refuse service to persons contributing to an unsafe environment.
